The Little Woodland – A Little World for Little Imaginations 🌿🍄

Step into a world of woodland wonder with The Little Woodland, a charming collection of handmade needle-felted scenery play mats, lovingly inspired by the beauty of the British countryside.

Designed to encourage imaginative storytelling, creative exploration and small-world play, each mat will feature its own miniature landscape of winding pathways, gentle streams, mossy hills, woodland flowers and tiny toadstools.

Each piece will be individually handcrafted using wool and traditional needle-felting techniques, giving every little woodland its own unique character and natural charm.

The Collection

The Little Woodland collection is being developed in three beautiful options:

● Mini Woodland Mat (30 × 30 cm) – £35–£45

● Large Woodland Mat (50 × 50 cm) – £65–£95

● Woodland Mat with Handmade Animals – From £90–£130+

Each design will celebrate natural colours, soft wool textures and the timeless beauty of handmade craftsmanship.

Whilst enjoying a little family getaway in our caravan in the Lake District, I’ve been dreaming up these miniature woodland worlds and couldn’t resist sharing a glimpse of what’s to come.

The photographs shown are digital concept images, created to illustrate my ideas rather than actual finished products.

Once I’m back home and have begun creating the first needle-felted landscapes, I’ll be updating this listing with photographs of the real handmade pieces.
